the helpful and amiable staff accommodated all the needs the location was best possible and absolutely perfect because it was next to garosu-gil, apgujeong/cheongdam witching gangnam, and seoul.

The hotel was located in the heart of Seoul. My great quality and incredibly comfortable room had central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV.

The breakfast was just fine , with so many options that we came down every morning excited, and the staff treated us like family, always going the extra mile. One night, we asked a guy at the front desk for a restaurant recommendation, and he didn't just point us somewhere, he actually called ahead to make sure we got a table.

It wasn't exactly a budget stay, but for what we got, it was fair.

The location is perfect for exploring Gangnam, just across from Garosu-gil, filled with trendy cafes and shops. Our King Suite had all the amenities we needed. A lovely view. The kingsize bed was super comfy.

The Premium King Room was super comfy! Loved the huge king size bed and those down pillows were amazing. Plenty of USB and regular outlets made charging devices easy. Plus, housekeeping was great-kept my minibar stocked with good drinks. Room had a nice view of Namsan Tower too. It really was like a fresh, modern space with everything I needed.

We had a wonderful stay in a cozy suite that had everything from refreshing sodas to a lovely bathtub—what a treat! There were great spots for unwinding, like the relaxing spa and the rooftop lounge, making it easy to kick back after a day of exploring. Only issue was that the room wasn't cleaned perfectly some days, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience at all. 😊

Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were excellent with quality dishes. Room size could be a bit tight for larger luggage though.

The paid parking system is annoying!!! The passageway to the main street being closed at night is inconvenient!!! Soundproofing issues can really ruin your peace!!!

The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious, but the parking fees were unexpectedly high.

the room was a bit cramped, which made moving around tricky. but the breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh fruit and an omelette station. location was perfect for shopping and the staff were super friendly! !

Yo, the beef dishes at Voco were straight fire! Every meal was a delight, with the breakfast omelette station hitting all the right notes. Plus, the service was great and kept the vibes high.

Convenient location in the city center, close to a cool Handbag Museum. the staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. 🌟
